Sofia Vergara got butt booty naked (is that a phrase) for Women’s Health magazine. The fiery 45-year-old is their September issue cover girl. Although Vergara is boasted for having one of Hollywood’s most-wanted bodies, it’s given her a few problems that she’s had to learn to love. More inside.
Sofia tells Women’s Health that her breasts have ALWAYS been big, practically since birth! “I wish I could be a little more athletic, but when you’re born with these gigantic boobs… I’ve had them since I was 13, and then they got bigger when I was pregnant and had the baby.” She was pregnant? I had no idea. I remember her freezing her eggs and her ex-husband wanting them in their divorce battle, but I had no idea she carried a baby. Did you guys know that?
Anyways, something else I didn’t know is that Sofia doesn’t work out..like, at all. She says her boobs are too big for her to feel comfortable enough to go to a gym. “I don’t know if I’m strong. I have bad knees and very thin bones; I can barely do a pushup.” Wow, she doesn’t work out, yet looks like that, Sofia Vergara must have one strict diet. “It’s not about having muscle or cut abs. I don’t have abs because I’m not “I need to be like a fit model with a perfect body.” That would take too much effort!’ Who are you telling!
Guys, I was wrong. Sofia may not go to the gym, but she definteily has a personal trainer. Women’s Health reports she exercises 3-4 times a week to a regime that includes cardio, strength, balance and flexibility. Okay, it’s all making sense now. The issue hits newsstands August 8th.
