Change.org is taking a stand against the Kardashians and surprisingly it’s not just against Kim. Nope, they want the entire clan off of our TV screens and magazine covers indefinitely. And the best thing about it is…you can help.
Find out how after the jump.
All you have to do is visit GoPetition.com and sign. Organizer Cindy Snider released a statement that explains her reasoning for this action saying,
“In a grass roots effort we have collectedd [thousands of] signatures for a petition asking E! Entertainment to remove the Kardashian suite of shows from their programming. We feel that these shows are mostly staged and place an emphasis on vanity, greed, promiscuity, vulgarity and over-the-top conspicuous consumption.”
I couldn’t have said it better myself Cindy. But that’s not the end of the story. In fact, another petition has been created to get Kim Kardashian kicked out of Tyler Perry’s latest film the “Marriage Counselor.”
Marcell Troupe, a supporter/Kardashian hater wanted to give Perry a special message saying, “I really am disappointed in your decision to keep Kim K. in your movie. She is a disgrace to herself and her family. She is a role model and she has disappointed her fans. Let her go. I guarantee she will bring your ratings down. Dump her.”
Ouch. Although I am not a Kardashian fan in the slightest, if Miley Cyrus can sing about not being a role model then Kim shouldn’t feel like she has to take that responsibility on either. Do the Kardashians love money and fame? Yes. Is Kim the only person to divorce in 72 days? No. Are they annoying? Yes.
I’m signing the petition!
