For the last few months, Kenya Moore has been in a legal battle with her Atlanta landlord for reportedly not paying her rent. While filming a scene for the new season of Real Housewives of Atlanta, the former Miss USA had the police called on her.
The Roswell property manager phoned the cops because Kenya had been previously banned from the property.
Moore agreed to voluntarily leave the $3999/month property after the landlord, Conya Dillon, filed papers to evict her for not paying rent for the month of May.

On Thursday, Kenya tweeted an update about her legal battle, “I WON my eviction case and it was vacated! We proved I didn’t owe any late rent. Thanks for all your support. Moving on up!”
But apparently, Dillon didn’t quite see things the same as Kenya, “She lied about renting the home and about her boyfriend amongst other things. She begged me to lease my home and live a pretend lifestyle she couldn’t afford. She will get hers in the end…no doubt. I don’t live a fake life,” she said.
Unfortunately, it wouldn’t be the first time an Atlanta housewife lied about her wealth and material assets.
