Kathy Griffin, boy am I disappointed in her. The standup comedian known for throwing shade at our favorite celebrities, cried and apologized like a bit— when people didn’t like her latest stunt. Luckily, the photographer involved is standing by what he did. Details inside.
In case you have no clue what I’m talking about, Kathy Griffin was shot by famed photographed Tyler Shields, holding a fake bloody decapitated head that looked a lot like our President Donald Trump. Well, apparently a lot of people weren’t here for it because by the end of the day she posted this video of her crying and apologizing like a straight scammer.
“I sincerely apologize .. I’m a comic, I cross the line. I move the line, then I cross it. I went way too far.” is some of the BS said by Kathy Griffin. Oh, but she’s never apologized for all the hateful things she’s said about the Kardashian family, the late Whitney Houston or aaannnyyyy other public figure she’s over thrown a dig at. I can’t.
Despite the foolery given by the comedian, the photographer who snapped the controversial image, Tyler Shields, stands by his actions saying, “The thing is, when you make art you got to stand by it.” Thank you!
Who cares if everyone is against you, and let me tell you Kathy, everyone is not against this image. Its usually the people with too much time on their hands that like to run their mouth. And she let them win. “I can’t censor myself” Shields added when paparazzi stopped him for comment at Gelsons Market.
So, do you side with Tyler or Kathy? Should she have apologized or taken Shield’s route?
Update: I just sifted through Griffin’s IG comments and man are people leaving harsh remarks. People are calling her a cunt, telling her to die and that her career is over. See, they’re going to be mad no matter what you do.
