Kim and Khloe Kardashian are being sued for $5 million over false claims that diet pills QuickTrim actually work.
The sisters filmed commercials and photo shoots in bikinis, telling fans that they too could look like that if they took the diet supplement. Well four fans are steaming mad because they took the pills but did not receive the results that the Kardashians promised.
Quicktrim states that it will increase your metabolism, curb your appetite and promote weight loss.
Well, that isn’t true…
In fact, the FDA revealed the truth about the product stating, “In reality, Quicktrim’s main ingredient is a large dose of caffeine, [which] is not a safe or effective treatment for weight control.”
The Kardashians have not commented.
