Bye Heels! Dressy Flats To Rock This Holiday Season

Dressy flats are my thing. Yes, I have come to love a good high heel, but now that it’s finally getting cold in Los Angeles, I don’t really want to leave my apartment, let alone wear heels while doing so. That’s why, I’m listing some fab dressy flats you can trade out for those pesky heels this holiday season.

Unlike  most of my fashion posts, there is no budget cap for my list. Sometimes you want to end the year with a bang, and that includes splurging on something nice; especially if you plan to put them to use. Now, that doesn’t mean I’m going to show you guys $1k flats because that’s taking it too far.

Dressy Flats

My first pair of dressy flats to shop are these Marc Jacobs Brittany Glitter Oxfords for $206.50. Before you tell me how ugly these are, remember the shoe laces can be replaced. I think a sparkle shoe is perfect for holiday parties. Pair these with that tuxedo outfit from Tracee Ellis Ross’s JC Penny collection for a modern look.

Dressy Flats

In my opinon, a girl can never have enough mules. Don’t think they’re appropriate for parties? Then step up your style with a printed pair. I’m digging these Steven by Steve Madden Valent Leopard Calf Hair Mules for $109. The fact that they’re made of calf hair (RIP) means you’ll be able to wear them far past any holiday party.

Dressy Flats

Fan of all black everything? All attention will be on these Stuart Weitzman Pipe Mulearky Flat Embroidered Mules for $297. Thought you had to splurge on a Stuart Weitzman heels? Pfft! His flats are just as gorgeous!

Dressy Flats

These ATTICO Manu double-buckle velvet flats for $559 is that splurge I mentioned earlier. I love the bold velvet tones, and I can tell its not a cheap velvet material. The oversized buckles really turn these into statement flats and the ankle straps add the illusion of height. I think these would look best with a cropped pant.

Dressy Flats

You may think I am crazy for showing you these Mr And Mrs Italy Pink Fur Patch Mules for $360 but faux fur is really hot right now. Not just that, but they’re perfect for when it’s cold! Pair them tailored printed pants or a bodysuit for a luxe look.

I hope you enjoyed my picks of dressy flats for the holiday season. Happy shopping!
